We’re setting out to shake the dust off the typical hotel amenity program and locate truly unique, simple products which allow you – our clients to project a refined, sophisticated – yet fun image.

 

Dialogue’s idea of client amenities and sales call deliverables do not include:

  • coffee mugs with corporate logos
  • mylar balloon bouquets
  • cello-wrapped fruit basket with way ripe bananas
  • paper weights with hotel logos

 

Our first objective earlier this year was to begin a search for a boutique confections company to work with, one that would:

  • create small batch, hand-crafted confections
  • be exceptionally skilled with products like; scrumptious customized cookies, cupcakes and personal sized client birthday cakes
  • be mindful as to how they packaged their products - stylish yet responsible manner
  • and while we’d like them to feature traditional confections, we’d also want options for healthier alternatives.

 

After much research, Dialogue is thrilled to present Erica Brown, a registered dietician who teaches culinary classes in San Diego and owner of Tastebud Confections. Erica prepares her confectionary products from scratch using the very best ingredients. She’s forever exploring palette-pleasing flavor combinations such as; cardamom cake with pistachio buttercream, chipotle raspberry cake with brown butter buttercream. Dreamy, dreamy…Yummy, yummy! Her basic baking philosophy: every sweet treat she creates must taste as good as it looks.
